Phil Middlebrook Landscaping Lancasterdriveways has recently completed our driveway in Bolton-le-sands which comprised of grey Indian sandstone flags with limestone sett borders and joints filed with GFTK resin mortar. I would highly recommend Phil.He is hard working, conscientious,has high standards of workmanship with great attention to detail. Phil was a pleasure to have working on our property, he is polite,chatty and trustworthy, which in this day and age, I feel is a great attribute.Phil took the time to inform us in of any necessary amendments that needed to be done and informed us of any additional costing in advance before carrying out the work.

As for value for money, I would say it was worth every penny. Our driveway has gone from the worst driveway on the street to the best one now. We are highly delighted customers,we would give Phil a 5 star rating and highly recommend him.

I’ve recently had my old tarmac pathways dug up and relayed with Indian Stone by Phil Middlebrook which looks fantastic. I was so pleased with the quality of work I decided to have my old fence posts & panels replaced with new which is of the same high standard as my new pathways. Both jobs were carried out with almost no disruption, in a timely manner and above all, at a sensible price with no hidden extras on completion.
Phil’s approach to both jobs was very professional from start to finish with attention to detail and with no problems whatsoever.
